French Tarragon:the quintessential culinary herb; its anise flavour promotes appetite & goes beautifully with chicken, fish, stuffed tomatoes, rice, salads and salad dressings.
Guernsey Mint: a really tasty, aromatic mint for mint sauces and jellies, or add to vegetables and salads.
Wild Garlic: Can be invasive, but ideal for shady areas of the garden - add the flowers to cream cheese for a delicious jacket potato filling, or add to salads and soups.
