Please read before placing your order
Our minimum order for individual seed packets is £10.
To download a copy of the 2011 Order Form & Price List for our catalogue, ‘Jekka's Complete Herb List’, click here. Our catalogue can be ordered by sending £2.50 in coins (usually attached to a piece of card), together with your address. Alternatively, our catalogue is available for download on our website (on the right hand side of each page).
Plants Collection

Orders can be collected from the farm, by prior arrangement, between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required. Please note that the farm is not open for viewing when collecting.
- We are pleased to bring any orders to Flower Shows and other events, such as Jekka’s lectures, for collection, except Chelsea where seeds only are for sale. Please order at least one week prior to the show or event. Please let us know which day you will be attending and please pay on collection of the order.

Delivery of non-plant products (seeds, herbal teas etc)
Orders are despatched as soon as possible and strictly in rotation, via Royal Mail, within 14 days from our receipt of your order.
Postage and Packing - Books
For each book ordered please add £3.50 postage for paperbacks and £5.00 postage for hardbacks for UK delivery. Please contact us for details of postage costs for books delivered outside of the UK.
Postage and Packing - Seeds
Our minimum order for individual seed packets is £10.
All prices for seed packets include the cost of delivery to a UK address. The cost of sending seeds to Europe is £1.95 for up to 25 packets. For orders outside Europe please contact us for details of postage costs and import regulations.
Postage and Packing – Aprons, Herbal Teas, Jute Bags, Tea Towels
All prices include the cost of delivery to UK mainland.
Postage and packing – Gift Vouchers, Greeting Cards and Open Day Workshop tickets
All prices include the cost of delivery to UK mainland.
Overseas orders including Irish Republic must be paid in Sterling.
Prices
All prices printed in our catalogues are correct at time of going to print, however, we reserve the right to increase prices, including delivery costs, without prior notice. Up-to-date prices are always available on our website.
Liability
We send your products via Royal Mail, and all are carefully packed to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. In the event of damage in transit, please notify the farm within 24 hours of receipt, quoting the invoice number. Photographic evidence will be required.
Gift Vouchers
Jekka’s Herb Farm gift vouchers can be used on our website, at our open days and at the flower shows that we attend. They are valid for one year, and the expiry date is printed on each voucher.
Open Day Workshop Bookings
Once booked, tickets for open day workshops are non-refundable and, as a rule, non-transferable. However, if, due to unforeseen circumstances, you are unable to attend on the date of your booking, please let us know as soon as possible and we will make every effort to offer an alternative date. However, we cannot guarantee an alternative date if the event is already fully booked.
