The largest collection of Culinary Herbs in the UK.

Jekka’s Herbetum, was created in the grounds of Jekka's Herb Farm in 2013, with the aim to inspire today's visitor and to ensure that the history, culinary and medicinal usage of herbs are not lost for future generations. It is a unique interactive experience for herb and plant lovers of all ages.
Displaying the largest collection of culinary herbs in the UK, it is not only a wonderful resource for plant identification but also a gastronomic delight for anyone interested in good food. The Herbetum contains over 300 culinary herbs carefully planted in raised beds, enabling visitors to walk amongst not only British native herbs but also the more unusual tropical varieties.

The herbs in the Herbetum are all propagated and trialled at Jekka’s Herb Farm, and grown for the British garden. Visitors are able to purchase from the traditional to the rarer variety of herbs that they have just discovered.
