Since the success of Jekka's Chelsea Show Garden she has designed and built several permanent gardens all over the UK. Here are some of the gardens, which we will be visiting annually to record their progress.

The opening of the garden coincided with the RHS Malvern Spring Festival 2017.
St John's Hospice Garden, London
Modern Apothecary Garden
at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2016
Jekka has been growing and designing herb gardens for over 30 years and it has been her dream for many years to create a show garden at the RHS Chelsea flower show. Not only did Jekka design and build her show garden, she also grew all of the herbs at her nursery in South Gloucestershire. The Garden has now relocated to St John's Hospice.
The inspiration for 'A Modern Apothecary' is based on conversations with doctors and care professionals about what we can do to improve our own health within the context of gardens and plants. The garden featured research-based plants known to be beneficial to the health and well being of society. It will be a place of quiet reflection, which seeks to highlight the important relationship between medicine and nature while providing rehabilitation to all the senses.
"Plants can survive without us but we and this planet cannot survive without plants."
